Appointed Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed IMX Resources NL a resources company with international interests in iron ore , nickel, uranium and platinum group metals.
A mandate to identify opportunities for a USA mining equipment manufacturer wishing to enter the Australian market. FinMin granted the agency for Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand.
A director and shareholder in a number of resource companies with interests in uranium, soda ash and other minerals.
Evaluation of a mine mouth power plant in South Sumatra using upgraded brown coal technology.
Appointment as Non Executive Chairman of a company transitioning from exploration to exploitation. Specific responsibility for raising of funds necessary to develop the mine. Negotiated a buy-in with an ASX listed company thus allowing an accelerated
Appointed as Director Global Resources Holdings Limited .Mandate was to prepare a revised feasibility study. Evaluation of projects , corporate structure and fund raising for projects.
Appointed as Managing Director of an ASX listed company, Australian Zircon NL, with mineral sands tenements. Mandate was to prepare a revised feasibility study, raise funds and finalise construction contracts. Mandate completed March 2006 resulting in handing over to a new CEO and remaining as a non-executive director.
